The admission process comprises four stages:
Parents are requested to visit the campus with the prospective student and complete the Admission Application Form.
The form is issued along with the school prospectus at the time of registration.
This stage allows families to formally present their application for consideration.
While the application is being completed, the child undergoes an age-appropriate placement assessment.
For Play Group and Nursery (ages 3–4), the assessment is primarily oral and observational, focusing on readiness, communication, and social interaction.
An interview is conducted with both the parent(s) and the child to better understand the child’s educational needs and to ensure alignment with the school’s academic culture and values.
Upon approval of admission, parents are required to:
Submit the prescribed documentation
Pay the admission fee and a refundable security deposit
Admission is confirmed once these formalities are completed.
The following age guide is provided for reference purposes.
Final placement is determined following assessment and interview.

Each year, Alpina Schools & Colleges receives a substantially higher number of applications than available places.
Within this competitive framework, admission decisions are made based on a holistic evaluation of the child’s:
academic readiness
abilities and skills
overall potential to benefit from the Alpina learning environment
“We are grateful for the warmth, care, and academic grounding our daughter has received at Alpina. Her first year has been a happy and fulfilling one, and we deeply appreciate the dedication of the teachers and the nurturing environment the school provides.”
