With over 40 years of experience in teaching and educational leadership, Mrs Najma Jafri stands as the academic cornerstone of Alpina Schools & Colleges. Under her guidance, Alpina has developed into an institution known for academic rigour, ethical values, and responsible citizenship. Mr Saad Jafri holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi, and brings nearly three decades of experience in management and administration across education and multinational organisations. His strategic approach combines educational insight with operational excellence, ensuring that Alpina’s institutions are managed with efficiency, accountability, and long-term sustainability.
Head of Academics & Pre-Primary Education
Mrs Tania Jafri holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, and has academic and professional experience with internationally recognised institutions, including the University of Portsmouth and the University of Canterbury. As Head of Academics and Pre-Primary Education, she brings depth of expertise and a strong pedagogical foundation to curriculum development, early-years education, and academic continuity across levels.
Head of Extracurricular Activities & Editor-in-Chief
Mr Babur Jafri holds Master’s degrees in English Language and Literature from the University of Malaya and Punjab University, Lahore. A scholar of language and the arts, he leads Alpina’s extracurricular programmes and oversees all school and college publications. His work plays a central role in nurturing students’ cultural awareness, creative expression, and communication skills.
