Alpina Schools & Colleges offers a limited number of fee concessions each academic year in order to support deserving students and families, while maintaining the sustainability and quality of its educational programmes.
Fee concessions are considered under the following categories:
Kinship
Merit-based scholarships
Financial need (including Zakat-supported cases)
Orphans
Hafiz-e-Quran
Children of school employees
Children of teachers and educationists
Children of civil servants
Children of armed forces and police personnel
Children of Shuhada (martyrs)
Fee concessions are subject to limited availability in each class and are offered on a first-come, first-considered basis, subject to eligibility.
Parents are requested to contact the School Office for information regarding:
eligibility criteria
applicable concession rates
seat availability
application procedures and documentation requirements
Fee concessions are granted for one academic session only and must be renewed annually.
The continuation of a concession during the academic year is conditional upon the student maintaining satisfactory standards of:
academic performance
attendance
conduct
A fee concession may be withdrawn if any of the following occur:
Unsatisfactory academic performance in school assessments (Grade C or below in any subject)
Failure to maintain the mandatory 90% attendance requirement, or unauthorised absences
Indiscipline resulting in formal disciplinary action
Non-payment of fees within the prescribed timelines
